The Fourth Children’s Photo Festival is to be held in December in Tehran, the Public Relations Office of the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (IIDCYA) announced on Wednesday.
The secretariat of the festival has invited photographers of all ages to participate in the event.

The competition will be divided into three sections, one for children under the age of 12, another for youth and young adults from 12 to 18, and the third for adults. The theme is free for the first two groups but the third group must focus on photos on the theme of children.

People interested in participating should submit five photos to the secretariat, which is located on Vozara St., above Shahid Beheshti St., no later than October 8.

The photos will be selected and judged in November and the winning photographers will be awarded during the festival.
